Advocate for Cats is a highly effective spot-on treatment designed for cats weighing over 4 kg. This product contains Imidacloprid and Moxidectin, providing comprehensive protection against fleas, ticks, ear mites and gastrointestinal nematodes, including ascarids and hookworms. Advocate kills fleas before they can lay eggs and continues to eliminate flea larvae in the cat’s surroundings. With a single application, it protects against fleas for at least 4 weeks and assists in the control of flea allergy dermatitis.

Directions for use

Dosage
- For cats over 4 kg: Use one 0.8 ml tube per cat. For cats over 8 kg, use the appropriate combination of tubes.

Application Instructions
- Hold the applicator tube upright and twist off the cap.
- Part the hair at the base of the skull until the skin is visible.
- Place the tip of the tube directly onto the skin and squeeze firmly to apply all contents in a single spot.

Treatment Schedule
- Flea treatment: Administer every 4 weeks.
- Ear mites: A single dose; a veterinary examination is recommended after 30 days for possible re-treatment.

Other instructions
Store below 25°C away from food and feed. Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons.
Warnings
- Do not use on kittens under 9 weeks of age or weighing less than 1 kg.
- Not suitable for use on dogs.
- Handle with care; avoid contact with eyes or mouth.
Precautions
- The safety of Advocate has not been established during pregnancy and lactation.
- Do not allow treated animals to groom each other immediately after application to prevent ingestion.
Water Exposure
- Brief contact with water on one or two occasions between monthly treatments is unlikely to significantly reduce efficacy; however, frequent shampooing or immersion in water immediately after treatment may diminish effectiveness.
